He plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive, collaborative environment, ensuring that the Keller Williams culture thrives within his Market Center and region. His commitment to cultural leadership is evident through his efforts to enhance the KW experience for associates and clients alike, including the creation and implementation of Culture Action Plans that strengthen the company’s mission and values.
Steve also leads by example in giving back to the community, driving initiatives like KW Cares, KW Kids Can, and RED Day to make a meaningful impact. He actively leads fundraising efforts and ensures 100% participation in charitable contributions from every transaction. A champion of service, Steve serves on various committees such as the Culture Committee and RED Day Committee, helping to organize key events and initiatives. He is committed to personal and professional growth, aspiring to serve on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) and mentoring others to reach the top 20% of their Market Center. By teaching, training, and facilitating programs like KW Kids Can, Steve works to instill the values of leadership and philanthropy in future generations of agents. His deep commitment to making a positive difference helps agents and clients alike not only succeed in real estate but also embrace the values that make Keller Williams one of the most respected names in the industry.

Profit Share
In the profit share model, the market center splits its monthly owner profit between the owners who risk their investments and the associates who helped the office grow. Though market center owners receive a slightly larger percentage of the split, associates are recognized and compensated for their direct contribution to the growth of the company.

Growth Share
In the growth share model, agents split the commission for every completed transaction with their office. That office then sends a portion of their revenue to Keller Williams and the region. Unlike the profit share model, the associates participating in growth share enjoy a portion of their region’s bottom line, rather than that of the market center.

KW Cares
Stepping Up and Taking Care of Our Own. KW Cares is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to serving Keller Williams associates and their qualifying family members experiencing hardship as a result of a sudden emergency. We step in swiftly to provide financial grants and aid when these unforeseen emergencies create difficult circumstances that our KW associates and their immediate families cannot overcome on their own.

Giving Back to Our Communities in Big Ways (and in Just One Day!). RED Day is Keller Williams’s annual day of service. Since 2009, our entire company – from the U.S. and Canada to our family abroad – sets aside the second Thursday of May to Renew, Energize, and Donate within the communities we serve.
